A few words about Director

The Institute is founded by Mr Y Narasimha Reddy Sir, MSc, B.Ed, who has more than one and half decade experience as both aspirant and teacher in many Coaching Institutes as Biology faculty in AP and Telangana. He has been teaching in number of coaching Institutes, before starting the Academy.

15+ years of rich and successful teaching experience as lecturer, principal in an Junior college and as a faculty member for competitive exams like, State Public services examinations like Group I, II JLs SI PC etc. Cornerstone contribution has been teaching Biology which resulted in achieving many single digit ranks by his students including state first rank in Telangana state first group2 notification (in 2016).

He is is a visionary leader who has established and continues to lead an esteemed institution focused on providing quality education. With years of experience.  One-to-One counselling and motivation with students has been his hallmark quality.

As the founder, they have set a strong foundation based on core values, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Through their leadership, the director ensures that the institute remains at the forefront of educational advancement, constantly adapting and implementing progressive teaching methodologies.

Their passion for education and unwavering commitment to academic excellence have driven the institute to achieve remarkable success.

Authored “Biology and Science & Technology”, published by Avigna Publications which contains nearly 400 pages. More than 1,00,000+ copies were sold.

As Coach & Motivator, besides proving coaching he organised Blood donation camps, Drug free society awareness camps and motivated no. of rural students to becoming a responsible citizens by clearing no. of state and central level competitive examinations who were discontinued their formal education and attracted towards ill habits.

Chaithanya Institute of police was started with the noble cause of training the aspirants in a focused manner and preparing them for facing the all type of competitive Examination.
