For Uniform services In some institutes due to paying more attention to Arithmetic students are not able to get knowledge of general studies so most of the students not even qualified for Si And PC examination because of toughness of general studies paper . In our institute, along with maths, general studies are taught by the experienced faculty, most of our students got multiple jobs at a time like SI PC Groups Gurukula and Agriculture AEO and Agriculture Officer.

A few words about Director

The Institute is founded by Mr Y Narasimha Reddy Sir, MSc, B.Ed, who has more than one and half decade experience as both aspirant and teacher in many Coaching Institutes as Biology faculty in AP and Telangana. He has been teaching in number of coaching Institutes, before starting the Academy.

15+ years of rich and successful teaching experience as lecturer, principal in an Junior college and as a faculty member for competitive exams like, State Public services examinations like Group I, II JLs SI PC etc. Cornerstone contribution has been teaching Biology which resulted in achieving many single digit ranks by his students including state first rank in Telangana state first group2 notification (in 2016).
One-to-One counselling and motivation with students has been his hallmark quality.
Authored “Biology and Science & Technology”, published by Avigna Publications which contains nearly 400 pages. More than 1,00,000+ copies were sold.
As Coach & Motivator, besides proving coaching he organised Blood donation camps, Drug free society awareness camps and motivated no. of rural students to becoming a responsible citizens by clearing no. of state and central level competitive examinations who were discontinued their formal education and attracted towards ill habits.

Prelim

The standard of some questions in preliminary examination is high as some of the choices given are very close which make the task of choosing a correct answer very difficult. To tackle this type of problems and other problems pertaining to understanding subject matter, we conduct lectures aimed at imparting necessary techniques and information along with objective type tests. Regarding Prelims paper, we explain to our students the methods of tackling Arithmetic, Decision Making, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Basic Numeracy, and general studies questions etc.

Why Prelim - Cum - Main Coaching?

Unfortunately, the group 1 Examination and other exams which has prelims and mains are so structured that students have more time for Prelim and less time for Main. In terms of importance and also quantum, Prelim requires less time as it is only an eligibility test for appearing at Main exam, and it has less syllabus. On the other hand, the Main exam matters a lot in the ultimate selection. How can this be covered in about less than three months left after the announcement of Preliminary results? Hence, it is wise to commence preparation for the group 1 Main Examination and other exams one year before the examination.

Group 1 main examination

Regarding the Main exam, we have learnt out of years of experience that most students are worried more about information rather than conceptual clarity and analysis of topics which is necessary to gets more marks, so we provide coaching with conceptual clarity this helps in get more marks in main examination.

Regarding answer writing, we train our students in the method of writing an answer so that they can write an answer on any topic.

Long Term Coaching

Group 1 2 3 and 4 and SI Constable Long Term Coaching involves different orientation while studying a degree course in terms of approach, information, clarity in thinking and writing, expression, personality, etc.

WHY?

The approach required for competitive Examination is different from other examinations as aspirant has to acquire knowledge should know something of everything: Polity, Economy, Geography, Science, Society, History, Current Affairs, Arithmatic and Reasonings, etc. It takes a lot of time to acquire knowledge of all these things, Clarity in thinking and making the answers comes out of practice over a period of time under the guidance of good guides.
